BCL | Dinamo Sassari signed forward Jamal Jones
LegaBasket and BCL team Banco di Sardegna Sassari announced the signing of Jamal Jones.
The 29yrs old forward comes from Bahçeşehir Koleji. In 2021/22 he helped the team to win the FIBA Europe Cup, beating the Unahotels Reggiana in the final.
"He was our first option, he convinced us right away because of all the characteristics that can be fully married with our way of building the team and understanding basketball", Sassari GM Pasquini said. "He is a great athlete, super defender, but above all, he is a guy who is growing, who is becoming aware of his means and has always raised his level. He has been decisive this year in the key moments of the season, he is very versatile, and we are convinced that as a star player he will be able to do even better and in our opinion, he fits perfectly with Bendzius and the starter we want to build."
