Report: Golden State Warriors and Taevion Kinsey have agreed to a deal

Taevion Kinsey was Dolomiti Energia Trentino’s top target, but after his rejection, the club quickly closed a deal for Battle, completing coach Massimo Cancellieri’s roster. Kinsey’s future remains in the United States: the player has signed a contract with the Golden State Warriors. The news comes from Michael Scotto, although he did not specify the exact type of deal. It is likely an Exhibit 10 contract, which would allow Kinsey to participate in training camp and, if waived, to join the G League affiliate. Kinsey previously played in the NBA with the Utah Jazz in 2024 on a 10-day and a two-way contract. In September, he will compete in the 2025 FIBA Intercontinental Cup with the NBA G League United Team.
