Pelicans to waive DeAndre Liggins

As reported by Shams Charania, the New Orleans Pelicans have waived DeAndre Liggins. Liggins arrived in Louisiana in January, when he was waived by the Milwaukee Bucks.

With the Pelicans he averaged 1.6 ppg over 9 minutes per game in 29 games.
