Olympiacos in Advanced Talks with Frank Ntilikina

After winning the Crete Tournament, Georgios Bartzokas emphasized the need to add a guard to his Olympiacos roster ahead of the upcoming season. And now a name may already be on the table: according to Eurohoops, the Greek club is in advanced negotiations with Frank Ntilikina. The Frenchman would join an already deep backcourt that includes Evan Fournier, Thomas Walkup, Saben Lee, Tyler Dorsey, and Giannoulis Larentzakis, as well as Keenan Evans, who is currently injured.
Ntilikina would thus leave Partizan Belgrade, after a season in which he averaged 7 points, 2 assists, and 1.7 rebounds over 21 games—starting in seven of them—during the 2024/25 season, shooting nearly 36% from the field. Born in 1998, he returned to Europe in the summer of 2024 after seven years in the NBA with the New York Knicks, Dallas Mavericks, and Charlotte Hornets. In the summer of 2024, he was also part of the French national team, which won silver at the Olympics, contributing 4.2 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 1.3 assists in 13.2 minutes per game over six games.
