Official: Scottie Wilbekin re-signs a 1+1 deal with Fenerbahce
Fenerbahce has announced the contract extension of Scottie Wilbekin. The player has signed a new two-year deal (1+1).
Wilbekin joined the club in the summer of 2022, and the renewal comes despite him missing nearly the entire last season. In early October, the 1993-born guard suffered a serious injury—a torn ACL—that forced him to sit out the remainder of the year.
In the previous 2023–24 season, he averaged 13 points, 3.3 assists, and 2.2 rebounds per game in the EuroLeague, shooting 40.1% from beyond the arc. Now, the reigning champions hope to have him back at full strength for the upcoming season.
