NBA Draft prospect Nikola Topic re-injured his knee

Less than a month before the NBA Draft, Serbian prospect Nikola Topic has picked up a new injury. Considered as one of the best NBA-eligible players in June, Topic was injured during the first game of the ABA Liga finals between Red Star and Partizan Belgrade. And it seems to be not good at all: Topic was escorted off the court with the help of two Crvena Zvezda staff members. The injury appears to be to the same knee that forced him into a four-month layoff in January. All this could also affect the choice of various NBA franchises, with Topic even being fifth in ESPN's latest Mock Draft. Meanwhile, news about the injury are excepted from the Serbian club in the next few hours.
