CSKA Moscow strengthened its backcourt by signing point guard Leo Westermann to a one-year deal with an option to keep him for another season. Westermann (1.97 meters, 24 years old) arrives from Zalgiris Kaunas, where he averaged 8.2 points and a career best 5.5 assists in 30 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games last season.
