Guard Josh Richardson became eligible for a contract extension on Thursday. According to the Miami Herald, the Heat haven't already offer a deal to the player but they are going to do it in the coming weeks.

For the NBA rules, Heat can offer a four-year deal to Richardson of $41 milion. Richardson will earn $1.5 in the next season. Altought the injuries, He averaged 10.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.1 steals and 30.5 minutes, while shooting 39.4 percent from the field and 33 percent from three-point range in 53 games.
